Privacy Policy

G3S Ventures Inc., an Alberta corporation operates SatinGF and is responsible for your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Contact our privacy officer at support@satingf.ai.

Account: email, password (stored only as a secure hash), year of birth, country and region from your connection.

Chats and companions: your messages, your companions' settings and replies, images generated for you, and the memories your companions build (things you told them, such as your name, interests and plans).

Payments: subscription status and transaction records from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Safety: records of blocked content, reports and moderation decisions.

Usage: basic events (for example sign-up, companion created, message sent), how you first found SatinGF (referring site or campaign), your IP-derived country, and technical logs, to run, secure and improve the service. We do not use advertising trackers.

AI costs: which features you used and what they cost us (for example number of messages, photos and videos), to manage fair use and our costs.

To provide SatinGF: generating replies and images, remembering context, and applying your plan limits.

To keep SatinGF safe and legal: enforcing our Content Policy, age rules and regional restrictions, and meeting legal reporting duties.

To bill you and handle support.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your chats for advertising.

AI providers: to write replies, your recent messages, your companion's settings and relevant memories are sent to AI language-model providers through an AI model gateway. To make images and videos, the scene you chose, your companion's appearance settings and (for photos) her existing portrait are sent to image and video generation providers. Generated images are sent to an AI model that checks the apparent age of the people shown and for unexpected nudity. We do not send your email address, password or payment details to AI providers.

Other service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), our payment processor (payments and subscriptions; it collects your card details directly), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in), our email provider (account and billing emails), and, if you turn on adult mode, an age-verification provider (it tells us only whether you passed).

These providers are in the United States, Canada and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live and may be accessed by authorities under local law. We choose providers whose terms restrict how they use the data they process for us; some AI providers may keep request data for a limited time for abuse monitoring under their own policies.

Each companion keeps her own memories; your other companions do not see them. You can view, edit, add and delete memories, clear them all, or turn memory off, per companion or for your whole account.

We try not to store sensitive details such as health information, card numbers or passwords as memories, and automatically filter some of them out.

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your companions, chats, memories and images, generally within 30 days, including from backups on their normal cycle.

Exceptions: payment records are kept as tax law requires; content connected to a child-safety report is preserved for one year as Canadian law requires; records of safety decisions (for example blocked content and moderation reviews) are kept while needed to enforce our rules and meet legal obligations.

You can access and download your data (Account → Download my data), correct it, and delete your account. You can withdraw consent to optional processing such as memory at any time.

If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have GDPR rights including objection, restriction and portability, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. In Canada you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Alberta, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage at our providers, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and regulators of breaches as the law requires.

We use first-party cookies only: sgf_session keeps you signed in; sgf_age remembers that you confirmed you are 18+; sgf_vid is a random browser id and sgf_attr records how you first arrived (for example the campaign or site that sent you), so we can tell which sources bring people who enjoy SatinGF; sgf_ref remembers an invite link and sgf_aff a partner/affiliate link, each for 30 days; sgf_av protects the age-verification step while it runs; sgf_pick remembers a Discover character you chose before signing up. We do not use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not send your chats or images to analytics companies.

Our analytics are first-party: event names such as sign-up, companion created or subscription started, stored on our own systems. Message text, prompts and images are never part of analytics events.
