Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and G3S Ventures Inc., an Alberta corporation ("SatinGF", "we"). By creating an account or using satingf.ai you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use SatinGF.

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live, to use SatinGF. By signing up you confirm this. We close accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.

Some features, including adult content, are not available in every country or region. We may block access where local law requires.

SatinGF lets you create fictional AI companions and chat with them. Companions are software. They are not real people, they have no feelings, and what they say is generated by AI and can be wrong. Nothing a companion says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Every character on SatinGF is a fictional adult. Images and videos are generated by AI and do not depict real people. Replies, images and videos are created automatically by AI models and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.

No human pretends to be your companion. Our staff may read conversations only to investigate reports, enforce our rules, fix problems you ask us to look at, or when the law requires.

Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. You may not sell, share or transfer your account.

You must follow our Content Policy. In short: nothing involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor, no non-consensual or violent sexual content, no incest or bestiality, no real or identifiable people, and nothing illegal where you live.

We use automated systems and human review to enforce these rules. We may block messages or images, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to law enforcement.

You may not try to get around our safety systems: for example by misspelling blocked words, splitting requests across messages, instructing a companion to ignore its rules, or using the service to create content about a real person. Attempts count as violations even if they fail.

You keep any rights you have in what you type. You give us a licence to store and process it to run SatinGF, including sending it to our AI providers to generate replies and images, and to enforce our rules.

Images and replies generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use SatinGF output to depict, harass or impersonate a real person, or present it as a real photo of a real person.

SatinGF, its software, design, logo, preset characters and Discover characters belong to us. Companions you create are yours to use on SatinGF; public Discover characters are ours, and chatting with one gives you a private copy for your own use.

Premium and Premium+ are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Credits pay for portraits, photos, videos, gifts, wardrobe outfits and some story chapters; the price in credits is shown before you spend them. Monthly plan credits are added each month (on the yearly plan too) and unused ones carry over, capped at twice your monthly allowance when the next month is added. Monthly credits are used before purchased ones. Purchased credits never expire and are not capped. Referral credits are added as purchased credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are removed when you delete your account.

If a generation fails or is held by our safety checks, its credits are returned automatically.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, whose billing name appears on your statement. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (satingf.ai/legal/refunds). We will tell you before any price change applies to you.

Free accounts get 50 welcome messages, then 10 messages a day, one companion and 4 welcome credits. Paid plans include unlimited messages under fair use. After 150 messages in a day on Premium (300 on Premium+), replies come from a lighter AI model until the next day. We may limit automated, abusive or unusually heavy use that affects the service for others.

Companions are designed to be supportive, but they are not a substitute for real people or professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services, or call or text 9-8-8 in Canada or 988 in the US.

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires (see our Privacy Policy).

SatinGF is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where the consumer law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Questions: support@satingf.ai.
